PCB Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in delivering high levels of quality support to individuals with various needs such as adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviour that challenges, mental health. We are also looking for Support Workers who have experience working with young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties.

The role of a PCB Care Support Workers is to provide both emergency and pre planned shift cover for our clients as and when you are available.

Shift patterns available include
Earlies- 7.30am-2.30pm, 8am - 3pm
Lates -2.30pm-10pm
Waking Nights & Sleeps - 10pm- 7am

Training certificates expired? Don't worry! PCB Care offer free training to our candidates when you join and during your time registered with us. We will ensure that your mandatory training is always kept up to date and we won't hang on to your certificates. Once your training is complete you will receive your certificates via email.

Holiday Pay (PAYE Candidates)
Whenever you cover shifts for us you will also accrue holiday pay. You can request to be paid your accrued holiday pay on the weeks you just don't feel like working.
