This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to take the next step on their career path and begin to manage more diverse and challenging customer queries. You will have at least 3 years experience in an office based Customer Service role where you have developed your communication skills. A brief overview of your duties are:-
• To handle a diverse range of calls into the business regarding any concerns or queries relating to products and existing policies from dealerships and direct customers
• Manage all queries from start to finish, liaising with internal departments and gathering required information
• Agree action points with the customer and send out any related paperwork
