Here at Manpower we have been asked by one of our clients to find driven, focused and personable outbound Sales Advisors. The purpose of the Outbound Sales Advisor is to make outbound calls from campaign lists to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and sell products whilst exploring opportunities to sell additional products and generate leads.

You will drive pipeline generation, gaining new customers and support renewals of current customers in the territory.

Role purpose
- Achievement of set sales and revenue targets, in a business to business environment, delivered through effective open questioning, matching needs, discussing relevant features and benefits, objection handling and actively closing the sale
- Gain access to key decision makers, through building rapport and representing the brand
- Effectively engage with customers who are thinking of leaving us, reviewing their needs and reasons for leaving, positively promoting our differences versus competitors and where appropriate discuss suitable alternatives e.g. downgrading/changing payment frequency
- Achievement of set additional products, up-sell, cross sell and lead generation targets
- Active promotion and up-sell of B2B product set
- Responsible for lead generation within the mid market sector

- Previous experience in a sales focused role
