You will be need to be an ambitious Graduate who is focused on becoming a future Secondary Teacher, you must be able to not only commit yourself to self-study, but also commit yourself to the course and your pupils who will rely on you to help them through their education.

You will receive constant support throughout your role by an in school mentor as-well as a dedicated Premier Pathways support mentor, allowing you to always seek guidance and support when necessary, as-well as having numerous opportunities throughout the course to meet with other graduates taking the Premier Pathways programme, allowing you to share your experience with others.
