You will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities such as going swimming, going to discos and transporting individuals to and from day activities. Additionally you will also be providing sensory activities, having fun packed days out, visiting local places of interest and attending local community activities. Our role is to ensure they live fulfilling and stimulating lives and do everything they want to do; taking part in things like this helps them to enjoy themselves. We are situated just off A34 with good public transport links to surrounding areas and the main town, Stafford.

The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful.

We are looking for Support Workers to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
