Summerfield Court, located within Bramley in Leeds 13, is a residential care home that supports people with brain injuries. You will be supporting individuals to work towards therapy and personal goals as the people we support move through the continuum of care and support.

Leeds Supported Living offers support and enablement to individuals who have suffered a brain injury within their own homes or within a supported living environment. This rewarding role is varied and challenging at times as we work towards goals and outcomes to aid independence.
