EVENT SALES COORDINATOR | LUXURY 4* HOTEL | NEAR CHESTER | £17 - 18k

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join the sales team at a luxury 4* hotel near Chester in Cheshire.

The Events Sales Coordinator will have a background within meetings and events, preferably within the hotel sector.

The ideal candidate for the Events Sales Coordinator will have:

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience in both proactive and reactive sales
* Experience with IT/Hotel systems
* Flexibility with working hours and days off

The Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Handling all incoming enquiries providing accurate information adhering to company procedures and policies
* Having full and up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services in order to help maximise sales
* To achieve and exceed sales targets provided by the Sales Manager
* To ensure all existing business is expanded and relationships are cared for
* Maximisimg selling opportunities adding customer value and upselling techniques
