We are searching for an experienced customer service adviser to work on Pride Park, Derby - Ongoing temporary.

We are seeking a customer service adviser to join a medium sized team in the centre of Derby. This role is to commence immediately with interviews week commencing 12th June for immediate starts.

Hours: 37.5 a week Monday to Friday
Duties:

* Ensure excellent customer relations are maintained at all times.
* Responsible for handling enquiries from guests via telephone, email, SMS or social media sites, in accordance with internal service level targets
* Passing technical issues on to 1st Line Technical Support.
* Accountable for maintaining Service Desk and Customer Service, to accurately record every interaction whilst ensuring a timely resolution of customer enquiries and technical issues.
* Feedback any issues or complaints to the relevant department
* Undertake any other duties that are reasonably requested.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work within all customer policies and procedures where appropriate We require at least 2-5 years' experience working within a customer service or retail environment. You must be available at short notice in order to begin the assignment.
