An opportunity has arisen to work in the Procurement team of a market leading, Worksop based business.

This is an excellent opportunity, possibly suited to a recent Graduate or a strong Administrator, looking for a business in which they will receive the training path and skills to develop and carve a successful, dynamic career for themselves.

As part of the Procurement department you will be heavily involved in the day to day operations including purchasing, planning & procurement.

Key Accountabilities;

- Raising and receipting purchase orders for all goods and Services
- Placing uniform orders for new and existing operations personnel with external suppliers
- Checking invoices for services against operational records to ensure charges are valid and accurate
- Placing orders for all other purchasing from approved suppliers, as requested by operations personnel
- Supporting the team in all other duties as directed by the Team Supervisor
- Issuing vouchers in accordance with company policy
- Maintaining/ reporting on catalogues on the system to ensure they are the latest version
- Supporting suppliers for any order/invoice queries

This will develop into a fast paced, high intensity therefore the successful will ideally be dynamic, career driven, demonstrate commercial acumen and be incredibly process driven and organised.
