Providing support across 2 new small residential units, supporting adults with Learning Difficulties and mental health issues. One site is in Sawbridgeworth and the other is in Hemel Hempstead, therefore you must be willing to travel.
Job Role
You will be required to participate in client interaction, assisting clients with daily living skills/personal hygiene and undertake observations as and when required.
This is a position working on an ad hoc basis to cover annual leave, sickness absences and when the ward requires extra staffing.
Full induction training is given. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our service users you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking flexible self-motivated individuals who are able to work on their own initiative. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to demonstrate non-discriminatory working practices.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a care environment, although non-experienced applications will be considered as CAS offers a comprehensive training package.
