We are a growing leading provider of personal credit and we have an exciting opportunity for a Banking Assistant to join our Banking team who are based in the Finance department of our support centre in Birstall (Batley).

The role would suit someone from a banking / accounting administration background (confident with numbers / using Excel) who is looking to further develop a career in this field.

Reporting into the Financial Processing Manager you will complete bank reconciliations and administration whilst adhering to robust financial control as well as supporting with ad hoc tasks and projects. Other elements of the role involve meeting individual and team KPIs/deadlines, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner, and the continual improvement of processes and systems.

You will have experience as an Administrator within a similar banking/accounting environment, with accurate reconciliation/numerical skills, good Excel knowledge and the ability to build effective business relationships. Knowledge of using reconciliation software would be desirable.
