Senior Account Manager
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an Account Manager is to plan, present and execute ideas and campaigns from start to finish - utilising the full marketing mix, in order to help drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness amongst multiple clients for a Retail Tech marketing company in Western Kent. Working as the main day to day contact with your clients, you will act as the lynchpin for the team - from communicating the correct information to all members of the team, client liaison and directly reporting to the Junior Account Director.

Role Overview
Plan, analyse and execute mail campaigns using Pure 360
Full evaluation of campaigns including data manipulation and benchmarking
Ensure profitability on accounts, tracking on Harvest and forecasting sheet
Write briefs and deal with key suppliers
Attend and run meetings - may include travelling abroad on occasions
Full end to end management of trade show events where clients are exhibiting
Development of client websites
Planning, analysis and executing campaigns using CRM and data platforms, data standards and data management
Understanding of data legislation
Developing budgets and to present these to your line manager
Acting as the adviser to the client, recommending next steps that will add value
Account planning
Coordinating the integrated activities and team members within the wider business (social/PR/design/content)

Skills
A pro-active approach to projects, looking to add value to every form of communication
A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client and agency rapport
The confidence to give clients trust in your work
Timely communication in order to complete projects on time and on budget
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
First class organisation and presentation skills
Proficient on a Marketing Automation platform, e.g. HubSpot
Ability to collate, analyse and present results from campaigns set up on the platform
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills with the ability to present accurately and concisely
Min 2-3 years in account management, ideally agency background
Experience of the retail and tech industry (if possible)
