Our client is now seeking to build a strong team of Telesales Executives to take the business forward. The candidate will ideally have experience working within the SME sector and be totally confident in discussing products with senior management, directors and business owners via the telephone.

The Role:

Telesales Executives are sought at our clients new Crewe office. This role is key to the future delivery of the company business plan therefore performance and commitment will be crucial to both individual and team success.

- Experience within this sector is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role as a Telesales Executive you will be expected to:

- Contact new and established clients
- Assist customers with their own enquiries
- Make outbound calls and build your own sales pipeline & customer base
- Receive inbound customer calls and answer queries efficiently whilst taking advantage of opportunities to sell new and additional products and services
- Targets are realistic and achievable, meaning capable Telesales professionals can comfortably over achieve

- Sociable hours: the working week is 36.5 hours based upon the core working pattern of Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm.
