A market leader in the manufacture of specialist vehicles is now recruiting for an Parts and Warranty Administrator in their busy office based in Burton On Trent. Working Monday to Friday and offering an attractive package including a starting salary of £18k you will be passionate about offering a first class service to the company`s prestigious customers (UK wide).

THE ROLE

The Administrator will be based in Burton On Trent and duties will include:

- Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors into reception
- Processing sales orders and warranty claims to customers
- Dealing with freight and transport companies
- Planning and scheduling deliveries and stock requirements
- Receive and log purchase invoices, process payments and provide advice
- General office administration duties including filing, photocopying and ordering consumables

 
THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE

The Successful Administrator must have:

- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- A confident telephone manner
- Strong Administration skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise own work load and work efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A pleasant manner with the ability to communicate with internal personnel and customers
