The Role

Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive to strengthen their outbound telesales team. Responsible for contacting new, lapsed and current business accounts, you will be expected to achieve an average of 60 outbound calls per day, to secure new orders and build relationships.

Duties will include:

• Identifying the customer's needs, buying patterns and setting up a pricing structure that is both profitable to the company and competitive against other suppliers within the market.
• Winning back accounts that no longer shop with the organisation and now purchase from other suppliers, though strong negotiation, charm, excellent customer service or combination of all three
• Managing the lead through from cold call to becoming a new customer.
• Identifying accounts that are currently not ordering and selling the services the company can offer
• Thinking of new ways to increase sales
• Ensuring you have an up to date knowledge of all products
• Exceeding set KPI’s
• Remaining well-organised, planning daily workloads and working in a methodical and efficient manner

The Candidate

Is this you?

• 6 months+ telesales experience in a fast paced environment
• Experience in B2B Sales
• A positive attitude, tenacity and resilience
• Target driven, motivated and ambitious
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build rapport with ease and speak to individuals at all levels
• MS Office and Internet Literate
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
