Job Title: Chef de Partie
Opportunity to work within a vibrant, ambitious kitchen brigade committed to fresh, seasonal dishes and an excellent dining experience.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the hospitality sector
• Show interest and knowledge of flavour and food products
• Show good practice in working hygienically and methodically around food
• Actively listens, takes on board instruction & shows initiative

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
To demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the
expectations of our clients. To ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of the department whilst always aiming for an increase in standards, profitability and staff development.
