Community Care Assistants cover a range of services so there will be opportunities to gain experience across different areas such as our day centres, domiciliary care, outreach, work based training and caring for adults with a disability. All our services help adults regain independence and enable them to develop life skills.

No experience is required for the right individuals as full training is provided.

In return for your commitment and hard work, we offer you excellent benefits which include:
• Competitive pay
• 45p Per mile Business Mileage
• Paid travel time
• Free DBS check
• Contributory Pension Scheme
• Competitive holiday entitlement
• Health Care Cash Plan
