Office Angels are proud to offer an exciting part time administration role to the right candidate.

The role will be for three days a week 9am-3pm for £9 per hour beginning towards the end of June for approximately 3 months but does have the potential to be extended or turn into a permanent position for the right person.

You would be working closely with another experienced member of staff to act as office support and to cover when employees are out of the office on other assignments meaning this role would suit somebody that enjoys working as part of a team as well as being self motivated.

The right candidate must have experience within administration and the construction industry. Experience with Quick Books would be very advantageous however Sage experience or other accounting packages would also be considered as your duties would include;

* Invoicing
* Call handling
* Post and filing
