Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £21,500 - £25,500

Responsible to: Associate Directors

Pension: 1% employer’s pension contribution

Annual Leave: 23 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays

Bonus Offering: up to £1,400 per annum (plus additional ad hoc bonuses)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The role:

As a fast growing company, with an extremely fast-paced office environment, we rely on our flexible, dedicated and passionate team to think of their feet and respond quickly to urgent situations and client demands. All with a smile and sense of humour!

The Project Manager will be required to liaise directly with clients on day to day basis, running a number of projects at any one time.

On a day to day basis the suitable person will be recruiting respondents in to research discussions as well as managing the team of fieldwork co-ordinators and UK wide network of recruitment partners. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

An element of event management is required ensuring all participants arrive/take part and that the logistics of the project are handled well (venue booking, staffing, catering etc.)

We are a small, tight-knit team that love what we do and work hard to create a positive working environment for the team. We don’t enjoy micro-managing so we’re looking for someone with an incredible work ethic that we can trust to manage your own workload.

Person Specification:

You will ideally come from a fast-paced office environment, have at least 12 months’ experience in a phone-based role, demonstrate strong administration skills and the capability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

Driven and ambitious, you will display a strong work ethic and a desire to help our small company grow so you can grow with us.
