Pension: 1% employer’s pension contribution
Annual Leave: 23 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays
Bonus Offering: up to £1,400 per annum (plus additional ad hoc bonuses)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The Project Manager will be required to liaise directly with clients on day to day basis, running a number of projects at any one time.
On a day to day basis the suitable person will be recruiting respondents in to research discussions as well as managing the team of fieldwork co-ordinators and UK wide network of recruitment partners. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
An element of event management is required ensuring all participants arrive/take part and that the logistics of the project are handled well (venue booking, staffing, catering etc.)

- Qualitative Market research background ideal but not essential
You will ideally come from a fast-paced office environment, have at least 12 months’ experience in a phone-based role, demonstrate strong administration skills and the capability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
