FaulknerScott are proud to be working with a UK leading manufacturer and part of a Global Fortune 500 company with offices across the country. We are currently looking for a Customer Order Processor to join their friendly and welcoming team in the Cardiff area.

Purpose of the role:

To ensure that agreed levels of accuracy and efficiency are delivered to customers and internal departments, in the planning and processing of customer orders.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure Orders are processed to agreed lead times and accurately
• Speaking with external customers during the planning process to
ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support the team and supervisor to implement improvements
• Produce reports as and when required
• Increase the use of IT to speed response times in addressing customer
requirements
• Deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure 100% accuracy of all information at all times.
• Respond to requests for information from internal and external
customers in a timely manner.

Experience

• IT skills - outlook, word, excel
• Experience in a customer centric environment
• Knowledge of InDesign or AutoCAD
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
