It doesn’t matter if you have no experience just the right attitude and desire to succeed is enough for us! We will give you the skills that you need through a comprehensive training programme. You will need bags of enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge.

As an outbound sales adviser you will:
• Work in a busy call centre environment making sales to previous & existing customers
• Make a high volume of calls meeting challenging KPI’s
• Be confident questioning your customer about digital media & matching the best package for them
• Work 38hrs a week on a fixed rota basis (shifts are anywhere between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday – Friday and include one Saturday per month)

• A clear communicator over the phone
• Straight talking - able to talk people patiently through processes in a clear “jargon free” way
