We are working on behalf of a Chartered Insurance Brokers, who since being established has seen constant growth and are expanding year on year. This company invests profoundly in their employees and will fund for CII studies

The Role

This role is initially going to be a 12 month contract, with the potential to go permanent. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering efficient administration support for the department.


• Inputting client details on in-house computer system
• Keeping stock of all documentation
• Processing renewal documents
• Running monthly statement of accounts
• Obtaining credit card details from clients
• Checking data on all clients
• Filling, scanning and photocopying
• Assisting fellow team members with their workflow.
• Building relations with colleagues, underwriters and business partners • Assisting with projects that look to improve the department
• Providing all clients with exceptional service.
• Attending Insurer functions and events

To be considered for this opportunity:

• You must have attained a minimum of 6 GCSE’s or equivalent, with English and Maths at Grade A-C.
• You will ideally have at least a years’ worth of experience with the above tasks
• You must have a stable work record
• You must be able to maintain professionalism at all times.
• You should be trustworthy and organised and have strong administration skill and a passion to learn.
