Are you a Sales Executive?
Are you looking for full-time, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday?

Purpose of position:

A Telesales Executive is responsible for effective use of resources to ensure performance and sales targets are exceeded in line with company expectations.


- Focus on winning new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Search for new sales opportunities - add 5 new prospects to the system each day.
- Exceed set targets daily / monthly.
- Retain and manage customers through appropriate propositions / activity.
- Use AM (CRM System) to plan and prioritise sales activities and customer / prospect contact.
- Maximise margin on every order - check switch sells, direct deliveries, pricing, add a line.
- Manage personal time and productivity effectively.
- Add valuable information to Account Manager and update accordingly.
- Regular use of gap analysis - running campaigns and following up with call back.
- Integrate personal sales efforts with other organised activities such as blitz days.
- Create own promotions / custom e-mails.
- Send out email campaigns on a regular basis.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries (max 48 hours after sending out quotes).
- Attend training and develop session's in-house and monthly sales meetings.
- Carry out regular reviews for customers.
- Send out e-mails (other than mass emails).
- Switch customers to electronic invoicing / online ordering.


- To be producing in excess of £5000 profit per month by the end of the first year.


- Minimum 10 new accounts.
- To deal with more accounts than you did the month before/grow your account base.
- Carry out regular gap analysis.
- Call all customers at least once per month.
- Sell print / furniture / work wear and promotional goods.
- Exceed forecast targets daily / monthly.
- Send required amount of targeted emails / promotions.


- Minimum of 60 progressive outbound calls.
- Obtain price lists and quote accordingly.
- Receive and record valuable info via AM (CRM System).
- Win orders equivalent to daily target.
- Attempt to win at least one new account.
- Increase orders with add a line / link sell / switch activity.
- Answer incoming calls when required.
- Complete all scheduled call backs and update notes on AM.
