Alexander Daniels are currently recruiting for a Buying Administrator to join a well established Engineering business based in Telford. This role will ideally suit someone who is looking to gain a career in buying or administration. The role will involve the following duties;

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Automation team in sourcing / Purchasing Project Materials as Required.
* To develop build of material lists for repeat orders.
To Ensure the Automation department meets the customers' expectations for delivery of materials and service.
* To carry out general admin duties as and when required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous (though training will be given).
* Good spoken / telephone manor essential.
* Computer literate. (Excel, Word).

The selected candidate will have experience in the use of Sage software, Ability to read & understand electrical drawings would be an advantage but full training will be given.
