The Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer service oriented professional to join the Eurocentres Enrolments team. You will be based in London, supporting the Enrolments department in all appointed fields. You will also be supporting other departments (e.g. Schools) as assigned by your Line Manager and help to provide best customer service to our agents worldwide.

Key tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Worldwide Language travel counselling by phone and email;

  • Record student information in Eurocentres’ client database;

  • Process Enrolments for our large network of language schools worldwide;

  • Follow up of enquiries and brochure order to convert them into bookings

  • Maintain proactively an accurate and efficient information flow between Eurocentres Sales Staff and Schools concerning the product portfolio and choice of destinations within the Eurocentres network;

  • Interact with the schools to ensure that complaints are dealt with efficiently and sensitively, pursuing a positive outcome at all times;

  • Assist the Eurocentres Sales Team with product and process training remotely via WebEx and Skype;

  • Assist with proof reading and translating when necessary;

  • Work with key team members in a cross-departmental team (e.g. Sales, E-Commerce);

  • Ensure that Eurocentres defined service standards are adhered to at all times.

    Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • Fluency in the English and Portuguese language (verbal and written);

  • Fluency in a third language required, Spanish and/or Italian;

  • Experience in a service industry;

  • Team oriented, excellent communication and organizational skills;

  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

  • Customer oriented;

  • An ability to prioritise workload;

  • Persistent, accurate, analytical and dynamic;

  • With cultural awareness;

  • Right to work in the UK;

  • Available to travel overseas if required.
