My client has an excellent opening for an experienced Receptionist / Reservations candidate with Hotel / Hospitality experience. This a wonderful chance to work with an exceptional team and provide fantastic levels of customer service and a positive experience for all that stay and visit the establishment.

Duties will include:
- Being first point of contact for all guests , bookings , enquiries and requests
- Taking bookings and advising existing and prospectus customers on packages and promotions available and advising on any information required as part of their upcoming stay
- Working as part of the front of house team to ensure customers’ expectations are met and exceeded
- Updating in house computer systems and taking information accurately and efficiency to ensure mistakes are not made
- All other reception duties as required including answering switchboard, emails and being on hand for all guest matters.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous hotel or hospitality reception / reservations experience would be advantageous but not essential , though reception / admin / customer service experience is
- Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills, able to remain calm and polite at all times and offer exceptional levels of customer service
- Happy to work shifts and weekends
- Enjoy working with the general public and a passion for the hospitality and service sector
- A team player but also able to work own initiative
