Assistant Reception Manager - 100+ bed Hotel Cardiff Area

We are looking for an Assistant Reception Manager to join this superb property in the Cardiff Area, Wales.

Please note this is a junior management role, reporting to the Reception Manager and cover will involve AM / Day / PM shifts as needed by the business.

Basic responsibility will include

* Support the management and developing the reception desk
* Support and develop the FOH members
* VIP handling / Complaint handling
* Create and implement specific and bespoke trainings to improve brand standard and work quality
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality brand standards across the Division
* Organise and deliver on-job trainings / cross trainings for the team

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years as Assistant FOH Manager / Assistant Reception Manager in a luxury Hotel or 1 year Reception Manager within a Luxury 5* Boutique Hotel
* Currently be working in a Country Manor or luxury hotel or Resort
* Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
* Be a People Person
* Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
* Be highly motivated and passionate
* Experience in handling VIP Customers
* Flexibility
* Driving licence and own transport
