IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support / Windows / Networks / Bradford

Corecom Consulting are currently on the lookout for an IT Support Technician (2nd line) for one of our clients based in Bradford. The client is looking for candidates who are wanting to progress through the company ranks and take part in multiple paid for training courses to develop their skillset further.

The client has recently promoted the current 2nd Line Support Technician into a Support Developer type role and therefore this role and company would suit a candidate who is looking for a similar path or someone who wants to progress into 3rd Line Support positions.

The client is actively recruiting across all areas in the business (IT, HR, Sales & Marketing) due to 140% growth to the business in the last 18 months across multiple offices.

Required skills / experience:

* Good base technical computer skills:

* Windows environment.
* Networking and internet knowledge.
* Understanding of web-based applications.

* Initiative based troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
* Previous experience working in a remote type support role.

Salary: £16,000 to £19,000 dependant on experience
