An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable E-Bill Administrator based at our Livingston office to provide administrative support to our Credit Control Team.

If successful your general duties will include:

• Uploading E-Bills using various platforms, maintaining the generic reports for time recordings and missing data, updating the logs accordingly and troubleshooting E-Bills through the system.
• Carrying out regular reviews and identifying any rejected invoices escalating as required.
• A point of contact internally and externally (for both clients and intermediaries) for e-billing issues and requests, liaising between all parties.
• Reconciling bills against Billing solutions.
• Provide copy invoices and statements to internal and external customers.
• Print and code remittances for Cash Tracker.
• Process credit card payments.
• Allocate emails from the generic credit control email folder to the appropriate person.
• Be a flexible member of the team and support both internal and external customers with their work activities when required.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:

• Administrative/ data entry E-Billing experience within a finance department preferred.
• High level of systems & Excel (V LookUps,, pivot tables).
• Good numeric, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise workload to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines.
