This is a great opportunity for a Part-time receptionist & administrator, to join a Global Construction business in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will be required to work 15 Hours a week over 3 days with the ability to start immediately. 

We are looking for an experienced part-time receptionist/administrator to come on board and assist the team. This is an exciting position offering a varied role with great working conditions.

Your main responsibility will be to cover the Reception desk and admin. Duties will involve:

- Meeting and greeting of visitors / signing in as per company procedure / issuing of Wi-fi codes 
- Answering main phone line 
- Meeting room bookings
- Travela arrangements
- Maintaining tidy reception and meeting rooms
- Issuing of Access Cards for temp staff and new staff
- General administrative duties.

Ideally you will have the following attributes.

- The ability to work on own initiative as well as a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Previous experience in similar role
- Full Driving licence
