Account Manager - Sale, Manchester - Basic salary of £18,000 per annum with a realist 1st year OTE of £24,000

Working as part of a busy sales and customer service team based in Sale, Manchester. Part of a Globally known market leader in confidential documentation destruction.

The Role

* Establish and maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure standards are being met, customers are satisfied and you allow the customer to relay any feedback, thoughts or suggestions.
* Communicating with clients and colleagues of all levels.
* Establish, build and manage strong long term client relationships by treating all clients with care, respect and attention.
* Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or feedback.
* Providing follow up calls to all clients to ensure all issues were dealt with to high standards.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records and logs of all calls made.
* Manage and retain customers looking to cancel their service contract.
* Work to SLA's that are place for key accounts.
* Maximise any opportunity to increase service or revenue levels by collaborating with your team as well as regular service calls to customers.
* Working in a busy, customer focused office environment based in Sale, Manchester.
* Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30.

The Person

* Previous business to business experience within telesales, retention's or account management.
* Will consider strong B2C retention experience.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B customers of all levels.
* Able to initiate relationships and conversations to increase service and revenue opportunities.
* Comfortable working within a fast paced, customer focused and driven environment.
* Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Must be results driven with the ability to work to deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficient IT skills ideally within Microsoft programs, knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
* Attention to detail.
* Must show stability in your career.
* Must be able to pass a CRB check.
