You will be required to provide an excellent customer service to our clients' warehouse and transport customers, ensuring internal & external customer relations are developed & maintained to an exceptional service level.
Pro-actively communicating in a timely fashion underpinning the business objective to build a reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a complete customer support service to all clients, ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the process
• Liaise with the clients in a courteous & professional manner to ensure their expectations are exceeded
• Liaise with warehouse & transport depots to ensure that operations are meeting customer / GDP requirements
• Process collection requests
• Use the Sostenuto Logging system, ensuring all queries / complaints are logged to the required standard, updated & closed within the relevant Client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Monitoring consignment deliveries & failures, reporting all required information to the clients according to their requirements
• Accessing Pods and arranging 3rd party carriers
• Maintain administration, filing & client specific KPI’s
• Managing Chill/Ambient excursions, collating and providing information between the Client and internal teams
• Attending client meetings on and off site when required
• Attend daily conference call with depot managers to discuss and escalate issues
• Attend Client conference calls when required
• Continually look for improvements and actively participate in improvements to processes to improve service provided
• To identify any problem areas within the company that may give rise to financial loss
• To ensure all applicable Company Quality procedures are followed at all times
• Ongoing assistance to the Client Services Team Leader in monitoring & improving customer service
• To support the Full Service Team when required to do so
• To undertake any reasonable request that may be required from the business
