Sales Advisor

Maloy & Flynn Recruitment are an employment agency acting on behalf of a UK’s leading energy saving company, looking for a motivated and driven candidate to join their expanding team based in Leicester.

You will be responsible for creating appointments from both inbound and outbound calls, developing potential customers into quality leads and ensuring that these are logged correctly.

Other duties include:

• Making outbound calls to customers who have requested a contact via the website, email or other sources
• Converting calls into high quality leads
• Cold calling potential customers based on data lists with a view to generating high quality leads
• Engage with customers to facilitate conversation with the aim of scheduling a home visit appointment
• Ensure customers and their properties meet pre-determined criteria
• Adding all lead data onto the system

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, good customer service experience, excellent communication and written skills and a positive work ethic.

You will work a 40 hour rotational shift pattern running 8am-8pm Monday Friday, 9am-1pm once a month which will be a Saturday
