Funded Learning Ltd are recognised as being one of the top leading Funding and Training Skills Brokers in the UK. We specialise in sourcing fully eligible Apprenticeship candidates for our clients in the training industry. We have a team of over 15 Business Development Managers contacting employers up and down the country, promoting work based Apprenticeships, with many years? experience in developing positive connections with both employers and learners for our clients.

We are now looking to expand our growing business with a fantastic opportunity to take on some new business development managers

Starting out at 14,000 p.a with potential to increase with hard effort.

Uncapped commission - we have staff earning £1500 on top of their basic salary every month

9-5 Monday to Friday no weekend work.

If the correct candidate comes along we may also offer part time vacancys too.

Successful Business Development Manager candidates will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities which will help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives. You will develop and implement information systems which will provide data on existing and potential customers.

Key Tasks
- Business to business cold calling for apprenticeship schemes
- Meet daily target of 2 and a half hours of call time
- Input learner details on tracker system and database
- Follow up with existing clients and liaising with new business
- Manager trackers and diary systems efficiently
- Monitor information systems daily
- Source out new and potential new business types to target
- Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues by gathering information regarding potential government issues that may implement the company or business sectors

1 year of Sales experience is needed for the role of Business Development Manager.
