My client is a leading investment management firm with over $30Bn AUM across a wide range of products & asset classes. The role sits within the Sales Support team which is responsible for the production of high quality standard and bespoke presentation and pitch book materials - in conjunction with investment teams and distribution channels - to demanding deadlines. This is a key element of the marketing and client service process for their retail, institutional, hedge and investment trust businesses.

You will be responsible for the creation of pitch/tender and due diligence materials for my clients fixed income, equity and hedge fund products across both retail and institutional distribution teams globally.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Take responsibility for the content preparation of standard presentations for the funds and the firm
  • Assist the team to generate presentations for consultant research visits and client meetings
  • Review and proof read the work produced by other team members
  • Look to make use of IT system enhancements with a view to streamlining the quarter end update process
  • Respond to ad hoc presentation and data requests from the sales and client teams

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Experience of Presentation production within financial services
  • Computer literate (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proven numerical ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work within a team environment, adapting to different teams as appropriate
  • Coping with high pressure/deadline driven environments
