Senior PostPaid Product Manager | London | Perm | £80,000 p/a + bonus

My client - a global Telecommunications brand - is recruiting a Senior PostPaid Product Manager for their fast-growing London team.

This market-leading business provides award-winning, Prepaid services to millions of customers worldwide. Now they seek to expand their footprint to include 'PostPaid' and increase the customer base even further, driving revenue and retention.

We are looking for an experienced Senior PostPaid Product Manager to champion the global rollout, whilst leading the agile development, delivery, and in-life management of the product. This will include defining UX and customer acquisition across online and offline channels, supported by regional and agile development teams.

This is an opportunity for a Senior PostPaid Product Manager with experience in Telecoms to play an exciting role in the transformation of an international business with a niche customer base.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering digital products from inception to consumer launch and acquisition
  • Significant product management/development experience in Mobile Voice products
  • Strong technical understanding of the platforms used to deliver PostPaid Voice products
  • Demonstrable ability to rapidly develop clear, detailed product requirements documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Roll Out and In Life Management:

  • Roll out PostPaid by identifying and reporting roadblocks and resource constraints
  • Define ideal customer experience and prioritise the development roadmap
  • Work with Group and Country marketing teams to develop acquisition plans
  • Support Pricing team to develop and deliver pricing initiatives
  • Work with BI team to define and develop regular PostPaid Voice product KPI reporting and the ability to analyse data sets to support business cases and adhoc queries.
  • Ensure detailed knowledge of the PostPaid Voice P & L. Analyse to identify product opportunities to increase revenue and retention and reduce costs

Product Roadmap/Budget :

  • Work with key internal stakeholders to define and gain approval for a rolling 12 month PostPaid product roadmap in line with agreed strategy
  • Develop, gain approval for and manage capex and opex budgets related to PostPaid product management
