Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £18,000 (£32,000 OTE Uncapped)

Our Client: the most widely recognised supplier of Telecommunication & IT Services are experts in helping all types of businesses and of all different sizes become more effective using a vast range of Communication & IT Services.

The Role: They are currently seeking experienced telesales professionals with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. Having an in depth understanding of the importance of customer service.
⦁ Make outbound calls to prospective customers
⦁ Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required
⦁ Making outbound business to business calls
⦁ Booking meetings and demonstrations for the account manager/ sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
⦁ Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
⦁ Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process
⦁ Sales planning activities/preparing sales pitches
⦁ Maintaining and updating customer database  Associated admin duties

TECHNICAL SKILLS: To be computer Literate.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 month Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B
QUALIFICATIONS: 5 GCSE’s C and above inc Maths and English
