Sales Director - Large Format Print
£60,000- £100,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits
Is a well-established and highly respected large format printer based in Yorkshire. An exciting career opportunity has become available for a results driven individual with a proven track record of early stage new business development and manging a sales team.
This is a full sales director role, from managing strategy, recruiting and training staff, directing field and internal sales staff, sourcing potential clients and creating and executing strategic business development plans.
Skills and Experience
·A minimum of 3 years experience within the Large Format Print industry.
·Motivational presentation skills.
·Forecasting and reporting.
·Maintain and utilise CRM system.
·Negotiate and drive new business opportunities.
·Lead mentor and develop the internal/external sales team.
·Ongoing client account development with a track record of delivering detailed solutions.
·In depth knowledge of industry trends and developments.
·Full responsibility for company sales and commercial performance.
·Working with the client service manager and marketing department.
