Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to existing clients using the CRM system
  • Canvassing advertisements for sales, technical and commercial roles
  • Canvassing qualified leads from colleagues
  • Gain a full understanding of vacancies that clients wish us to fill and take a detailed job specification
  • Gain commitment from clients
  • Ensure that conversations are fully documented, and that the database is up to date
  • Report back to consultants all updates on existing vacancies
  • Attend and report at company/team meetings
  • Typing advertisements
  • Set and attend meetings with Clients face to face anywhere in the UK

Person Specification:

  • Must have experience sales experience or a keen desire to get to start a career in sales
  • Intelligence, initiative and an inquisitive nature
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to benefit from an uncapped commission scheme
  • Self motivated/target driven
  • Money and goal orientated

Additional Information:

  • Based in Chessington
  • £24,000 £28,000 basic (Flexible depending on experience)
  • Open-ended Commission Structure, paying out on all sales
