We needing an individual who is reliable and committed to working with us Mon-Thu 9am - 17:00 and Fri 9am - 16:30 from 9th June until 18 August 2017 in a fast paced environment.
•We require an individual who has good data inputting skills and experience, good telephone manner and communication skills
•We will require the same person to who can work with us from 9th June - 18 August continuously.

Job Summary: To manage the administrative processes of the team which will include the supervision of administrative staff. The temp will be expected to work without immediate direction to provide a comprehensive support service; including the implementation of organisational procedures and systems, contact with the public or internal colleagues and effective use of IT.

Candidate Profile

• Good written/verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
• Numerate.
• Experience of organising and directing the work of others.
