Position: Office Co-ordinator
Location: Bank - Central London
Salary: up to £26,000, depending on experience

A role to keep you on your toes! You will be the go-to person in this lively, thriving, recruitment company.

Working with 3 of our Directors you will be involved in both office and people co-ordination; office work flow, managing suppliers, equipment, maintaining HR records, assisting with internal recruitment campaigns and managing candidate information, scheduling training events and sales meetings and providing personal assistance to the Directors.

Qualities
We need someone who is;

Calm enough to keep those feisty sales people towing the line

Organised & efficient enough to juggle a hundred things at once

Trustworthy enough to be privy to sensitive information

Proactive enough to spot what needs doing and crack on!

Experience
You need to have a track record of working in similar roles, ideally in a sales environment, and be able to demonstrate the above competencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and an excellent phone manner
