Customer Care Coordinator

Job profile: The role involves the management of communication in relation to defects reported from clients and liaising information back to clients, as well as the day to day keeping of diaries for the customer care team, ordering and chasing of materials and database information archiving.
Reports to: Head of Customer Care

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Proactively address communication from clients in relation to defects experienced on properties
Update a comprehensive tracker for all defects that the department is working on
Interact with clients, experienced operatives (Electricians, Plumbers, Handymen and Carpenters) and colleagues by telephone and email
Ensure that the diaries of operatives are kept up to date for the coming week
Gather updates on material requirements on sites
Interact with the buying department and update the team on materials that are required


Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Proficient with the use and creation of spreadsheets, timetables and internal tracker
Flexible approach when dealing with clients and various internal departments
Team oriented mind-set
