Are you looking to get a foot on the HR ladder, or are you already on the first rung?

Our client, a global construction company, is looking for someone to join their growing team.

You will

* Have the ability to absorb new information quickly and be able to prioritise a busy workload
* Ensure data entered in a timely manner to meet Payroll cut off dates & department SLA's
* Effectively manage a wide variety of queries received in the HR Data Team mailbox
* Be customer focused and confident in interacting with employees at all levels
* Be a great team player willing to help others and take responsibility of tasks
* Be flexible to deal with both fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines
* Carry out any other duties considered commensurate with this role

The ideal candidate will have

* Experience using Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Minimum of one year's experience working in HR a similar environment
