Role: Assistant Facilities Manager : Swindon Based across two sites. Public Sector.

My client is looking for someone who is an experienced assistant facilities management ideally with 3 years market experience. The role is based in Swindon.

The role desires proven experience of managing and developing employees and the ability to motivate and drive the team toward achieving excellent results and continuously work in accordance with their objectives.

A team player and able to lead using effective management practices to drive the team, The requirements have been outlined below.

• Good communication skills essential.

• Level 3 BIFM Diploma desirable

• Membership with BIFM

• 3 Years experience within the industry essential
