Are you looking for a new career as an Office Manager?

There is an exciting opportunity for you to join a Telecommunications company as their Office Manager. The offices are based in the City of London.

As part of the role, you will be assisting the office and their staff. Some of the main duties you will be handling are:

* Answering phone calls
* Distributing mail
* Banking
* Ordering stationary/office supplies
* Liasing with clients, suppliers and other staff
* Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
* General Office Management duties

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

* Knowledge of Microsoft based software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience using Mac OS
* Telecoms experience
* High attention to detail
* Professional
* Well presented
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

You MUST either:

* Come from an IT/Software/Telco background
* Have international experience
* African market experience
