The Home
This medium sized home offers fantastic care for all of its residents including dementia and elderly care.
The home has an excellent reputation in the local area and would offer the perfect role for someone wanting a new challenge in this lovely privately owned home.
The home is ideally situated in a lovely location that has great links to the local area as well as having a laidback atmosphere and being a great place to work!

The Role
They are looking for someone who is passionate about care and is determined to lead and manage a team. You will also have exceptional clinical skills and be a hands on member of the team as the role involves clinical shifts however there will be allocated supernumary hours.
You will be responsible in ensuring the clinical practice in the home is up to a good standard and that all staff are adhering to policy and procedures.
It is also important that you have knowledge of how a home runs on a day to day basis including the financial aspects, budgeting, audits and care.

The Person
The home is a nursing home, so my client is looking for a nurse qualifed deputy manager with an active pin. You must have a high standard of clinical skills as as well as management and leadership experience.
This is a fantastic local home that will offer progression for the right type of candidate.

The salary for this position is £15 - 16 per hour.
