A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking for the next step in management; to join a lovely nursing home as the Clinical Lead/Manager, this particular nursing home is a large home that provides excellent Elderly and Nursing care.

The Clinical Lead/Manager will assist the Home Manager to implement and maintain continuous improvements within the home.
The Clinical Lead/Manager will be required to work 38.5hrs over 7 days, leading shifts and supervising the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care to the residents. As the Clinical/Lead Manager you will be involved in recruitment, training, supervisions, appraisals, audits, care plans, risk assessments and the overall day to day duties within the nursing home. As the Clinical/Lead Manager you will be reporting directly into the home manager

We are looking for a Clinical Lead/Manager who has previous experience working within a similar role, RGN/RMN qualified and a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience. Ideally to be considered for the Clinical Lead/Manager position you will have 2 years’ experience within a Leadership role. We are looking for a Clinical Lead/Manager who has experience working with the elderly & good clinical knowledge.

This is a managerial role responsible for the implementation of high standards of nursing care, nursing redesign and quality strategy. To work with nurses and staff to enable the delivery of a quality, effective and responsive service to meet the needs of residents. To work with the head of nursing, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to implement new developments.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead/Manager:

• Assist the Home Manager with the day to day duties within the nursing home

• Build & maintain rapport with staff, residents and their families
• Be an overall role model

The Home

The home is a bright and spacious building. The home is spilt into separate units providing a range of nursing & residential service. The home does specialist in dementia care within its nursing & residential provisions.
Located in the outskirts of Warrington, we are within easy access to local shops and amenities. Care is provided by a team of dedicated and professional staff, many of whom have extensive experience in care and undergo continual training.

• Valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK
