Winners! Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a high profile local media organisation in order to recruit a pro-active, bright and commercial Sales & Marketing professional into their busy Conference & Events Team.

Based in modern, well-facilitated offices on the outskirts of Truro and reporting to the Sales Manager this is vital role in the continued success and outward branding of the organisation. Duties and responsibilities will include:

Making contact with high level business executives and key decision makers.
Informing of upcoming, relevant expo's, conferences and events.
Booking delegate places on events.
Understanding business needs and requests in order to create further relevant events and conferences.
Gaining executive level feedback on events attended.
Dealing with delegate enquiries and handling all delegate correspondence.
Any other project related work as requested, adhoc, by the Sales Manager or CEO.

A confident, intelligent and articulate individual, and already experienced in a project based or B2B high level sales environment, this role is going to present an exciting and diverse opportunity full of hot leads and clients who specifically have requested contact and information.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, resilient and diligent, possess the ability to build rapport and establish business relationships easily as well as a great telephone manner and the ability to communicate well at all levels in both person and writing.
