We are working with a leading Organisation that provides an essential recycling service to a wide range of businesses in the North of England and Yorkshire. They are currently looking to add a New Business focused Area Sales Manager to their team in Yorkshire. This is a field based role that will see you earn uncapped commission and have full autonomy of your time.

Offering a £25,000 Basic Salary, £35K OTE Y1 (Uncapped) a fully expensed Company Car for the right candidate.

The Role:

* Selling the Companies niche waste recycling services into the SME sector covering the Leeds territory
* In a 100% new business role your week will typically consist of 4 days Field based and 1 office day per week with autonomy over your own diary
* With leads from cold calling and door knocking you'll win the business, effectively Manage the Client for the initial 3 months and pass to the Account Management team
* Working to achieve a month revenue target (staggered during your training period) you will work closely with the National Sales Manager

The Person:

* Field Sales experience in a purely New Business role selling either a solution or services is ideal however Proven sales people from a product background will be considered
* You will be self-motivated, results and commission focussed and able to effectively manage own diary and targets
* Structured in approach, activity driven and with the ability to understand Sales expectations and targets you will be based on or close to the Leeds patch
* Candidates with experience in selling cleaning services, linen and workwear hire, waste management, hygiene solutions have historically excelled within this sector

The Package:

* Basic Salary £25,000
* £35,000 OTE Y1 (Uncapped)
