This Technical Author job is to deliver Mechanical and Electrical Operations Manuals for New Build Commercial and Residential buildings.This will involve working with the Documentation Administrators within the team to ensure the utmost accuracy. This Mechanical & Electrical job does require excellent knowledge of M and E systems and the ability to put the knowledge on paper. Knowledge of new technology is also essential as well as a level of detail to be able to check that all information is clear and concise.
This will be part of a team and is an extremely important part, therefore being able to prioritise and provide realistic timelines for clients and team members is essential.
Experience of working with TM31 and BREEAM Guides would be useful.
